I don't want to produce an arms -length list of influences, and you don't want to read them, so what I will say is that Chicago has a well established history of producing surrealist artists and I fall squarely into that category, having been raised in Chicago and later moving to its suburbs before my teens I became a further product of my environment..METALHEAD!
Metal & Punk, (especially in the Midwest) are very much a suburban thing.
While I easily attend more Classical performances and Jazz than anything else & write tons of electronic music & obsessively study design, I'm under no illusions about what I am..a total metalhead Pop artist and animator.
